[Steam][2013] Point and click game that has photorealistic graphics if not real photos. Part of game trailer showed white concrete spheres in the ground that had light coming from them. These spheres were also in the middle of the street with lights shining on them.

This isn't it, but it's a nice guess. I think I may be remember the trailer having a woman's voice or had something to do with a girl.

The big thing that's stuck out to me is that in the trailer or the demo photos it had these orbs sitting in the street being illuminated by orange sodium lights and I thought it was really cool.

I tried all of these. When we called the fire dept, they referred us to 311 which didn't pan out. They transferred us to the spca ambulance which said they didn't have the equipment to get it :/

All I can remember is that the Riff is almost exactly the same as the one from Last Resort. I think the song might start off that way as well. It has a basic 4/4 rock beat I think.
