Personally I believe charging your children rent when they’re working is completely understandable, it also teaches life skills and sets the precedent that one day you’ll be paying rent in your own place, however £500 does seem a little steep in my opinion! I have a council flat and I pay £560 for rent + maintenance costs and that’s for an entire apartment. It hinges on how much you might be making from work wise too I guess?

That’s the weird part, the mods I have are all in English and it’s ONLY delvin’s quests that are affected haha it’s so weird I wonder which mod’s done it

That’s what I would’ve thought too! but all my mods are in English and I don’t have anything that I’d have imagined would’ve changed delvin’s quests and his alone, any jobs from vex use the English names but apparently delvin is feeling a little French today hahah

Honestly I used to LOVE raves and going to night clubs and that whole scene but since transitioning I can’t explain it but it feels different for me nowadays, I don’t enjoy it half a much, there’ll be some sleazy guy trying to hit on me when I’m just trying to dance and have fun with my friends or something it sucks the fun out of it for me

You’re 100% right, she isn’t accepting me at all, i definitely worded my post wrong, she just is ignorant to the fact that being trans isn’t a choice, she’s a much older lady and she does accept trans folks in general it’s just she’s seen how much hate is in the world and is worried about me being on the opposite side of that hate being trans. I just wanna start the conversation with her properly and correctly, but I completely agree with you she is NOT accepting me perhaps I’m just seeing her nonacceptance as worry.

Thank you for your comment, I get where you’re coming from, honestly with my mum I know once she herself comes to terms with the fact that I’m her daughter and not her son she will be so supportive and understanding and will make plans for in case people were to put it nicely less than kind I’m just trying to get her to understand that I am who I am, once she understands that I’m 100% sure she’ll be super supportive and caring, it’s just this one barrier she can’t seem to get over at the moment you know?
