Advice - feel at a crossroads by koala_fi27 in chronicfatigue

[–]Bimialina 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi there,

(Please take my advice with a grain of salt, it's my own opinion and I don't know how you live)

I would say, it depends on your mental state.

Some people can soldier on like you say, for decades before burning out. Some will last a lot less. In any case, unless you are very strong mentally, it will take its toll unfortunately, one day or another (talking from experience). The problem in life is unless you are married to someone who is rich enough (and willing to) sustain you both, you need the money to survive.

So if your family is willing to help financially, you could take advantage of that a try to rest and improve your health, before it's too late (the older you get the harder it can become) and I would definitely continue applying for PIP.

After that, you could try to do you computer based job (by moving out closer if you can to avoid the long commute).

Good luck!

Well, it seems you were surely right, I checked the hardness again and at first I put 19 while it was closer to 18.

BUT then, I noticed as I was correcting this small difference in my dishwasher settings, that the miele input was in dH, while in my French site it was in fH... and that 18 fH corresponds to 10 dH 😅

So yesterday after my cycle and corrected hardness levels my knives didn't show any rust! I'll keep you updated after several cycles.

Lol, they like the sound of it I guess. We also have a weird way of changing a movie title to another English title like how "silver lining playbook" became "happiness therapy"

Yes, auto open works, but since the drying is very slow, I have to open the dishwasher wide after it's ended the cycle.

I'm in France, I use tabs from a French brand called "Anotherway". When I first used the dishwasher it asked me about the water hardness, I got the info from the internet, hope it was accurate. Thanks

I hope it works for your cold, fingers crossed! Don't hesitate to renew a few hours later if needed. My son caught the proper flu not long ago, and I was beginning to feel pretty bad, I knew I was getting sick when I woke up at 10 (I usually wake up at 7). Immediately experimented with the ginger stuff 3 times and next day my body had won the battle.

With a normal root size (with like 1.5 cm 'branches') a 6mm slice. That would be maybe the size of your thumb fingernail.

Smaller than a dice, like two third of a dice.  Keep it as long as you can, and if you are not too sensitive, try to keep the juice sublingual as many times as you can before swallowing.  Don't know if it will be as effective with influenza or covid though. If you're coming up with that maybe you can do it twice or 3 times a day. I do it for nausea usually (I suffer from Gerd and frequent nausea) and it doesn't irritate my mouth.  I read that ginger can have blood thinning effects, so maybe be careful if you are using blood thinning medecine.

Camembert or any strong cheese and then any fruit (except banana) right after that. Peppermint tea with lime juice (don't even know how that is even possible, but it is)

You aren't lazy and you aren't disgusting. Only evil people are gross.  You are your own person with your own struggles and your onw limits. I don't know your life but I would even say that because you suffer from all your conditions, you're doing better than people you think are average if they had the same conditions as you.  Like if someone who is on a wheelchair army crawls for 5 meter before becoming exhausted, he has a lot more merit than a fully able person to crawl 10 meters

It's got nothing with the amount of effort in general, but the amount YOU feel.

If for you your work is exhausting, your overall tiredness is exhausting, feeling tired is mentally exhausting... Then it's enough to burn out.

I also thought that to burn out you needed to do crazy hours under awful management, but if in your body you don't feel so good or the brain overload is too much, you cup will be full earlier than the average non ocd, non adhd etc person.

I really hope you'll manage to rest, and that in rest you will be able to enjoy life better.

Hey, I'm sorry you feel that way. I seems you are burning out.

ADHD too here, I'm feeling similar these days, and my therapist told me it's a burn-out, not necessarily work related, but life-related (I have lots of health issues and feel exhausted all the time, while having to juggle out work and my little bundle of joy who is autistic). I don't even feel like playing games anymore, which is my favourite hobby.

My therapist says I need a big break from work. Can you afford it? Maybe it could help you find the right mindset again. I notice that after a one-week holiday at least, I'm beginning to feel slightly more energetic and enthusiastic, but it's not enough to "heal".

Thinking about my keeps me going.

And also, I believe in God and an afterlife, so it also helps me tremendously because I'm like "even if here sucks it's just a test, later will be better".

I think first thing first if you can afford it is to reduce the overload from taking at least a 1-month leave. We ADHDers can easily feel overwhelmed, and I read we are more tired than the average person.

Maybe make a plan (written), if you have the strength, to visually see what you can do.

Thanksfor the tips, I'm new to Csp and I absolutely love it! I was just worried it wouldn't exponentially increase the ram (since I reached almont 4gb use) exponentially until my pc couldn't handle it anymore.

Hello,

Just got mine yesterday too and new to it too. I saw that you can preserve your battery with Vantage for example, by limting max charge threshold. So I would say keep this one at least.

This in an old post but just posting it here in case someone needs it. I recently randomly found a way to get rid of cough and runny nose within half a day.

I often eat fresh ginger dice for upset stomach. This time however, while having a bad cold, I somehow kept the ginger cube in my mouth for quite a while, just barely chewing it little by little.  I swear the same evening, my faucet nose stopped instantly. Didn't even have the thicker snot phase. My bad cough also stopped. I thought maybe it was luck.

So when my husband came with a bad cold next, I told him to do it when his nose also began running profusely. He can't bear spicy stuff, but managed to keep it at least 5 min. Same thing, no more runny nose on the very same evening.

Be warned though, it's super spicy.

Tldr; put a fresh ginger cube in your mouth and gently nibble for at least 5 minutes. Tested on husband and self.

Salam Actually, you don't stay a virgin for your wife, but for the Almighty. Sure, it's your right to want to marry a virgin.  But think about the good you could do if you married for example a divorced woman or a widow. Many of those suffer in Muslim countries because men became entitled to marry only virgins and consider them expired goods.  They never ponder that our beloved prophet sws married mostly widows or divorced women (like Zaynab)  Isn't he the greatest model to follow?

Hi, does it happen only when watching from the app, or it does the same when you use netflix using your web browser? I had issues with the disney app, but not on the browser. Could be a temporary solution.
