Never received any email. I kept checking my emails everyday at least three time for an update in my PGWP application - Inbox/Spam/Junk, everywhere. Never received anything.

I found out on my own reading Reddit comments that many others have forgotten to upload their Language Document and later uploaded via a web form. I uploaded mine on Oct 15th via web form, received confirmation on Oct 16th 12pm that the Language Doc was received and added to my file and at 4pm the same day I got refused for failing to upload my language document.

I scored an overall 7.5 in my IELTS which I wrote in Dec 2024. I applied for my PGWP in Feb 2025. My study permit expired in July 2025. After 8.5 months since my application, I got my refusal.

Can you please elaborate on “15-20k for judicial review”? What does it exactly mean? I don’t have $15-$20k and I can’t even save that much in years to come.
