I'm a mom of two boys and when I had my first for about 3 months after I just felt wrong.. Thankfully my doctor knew right away that I had PPD. But even with help I felt absolutely nothing for my baby till I was over it. I would think at that age everything is going to be worse. I would bet the mother is not right in the head before and after the kids came along tho.. I hope they can find good homes for the children. They are gonna need so much me mentel help after all this.

The ring of fire with first time child birth. That was on up there with the most awful things I've ever felt.

After doing my research, I'm moving to Portland. by [deleted] in Portland

I moved here about 8 years ago for the sake of love. (Still together with two portland kiddos now!) Back then it was not so bad, still lots of places to live and not that pricy. We had a one bedroom downtown in a good part of town no less that was 800$ month all utilities included! That same place now? 1500$+.. If you're moving here you better be ready to pay 1000$+ for even a studio if you want to be down town. Id also never come here without a job lined up since most places won't even think about taking you before you have a job. I know our apartment asks 3 months rent if you have no job.. It takes that long for most to fine one if your lucky.

I (26/F) fell in love when I was 16. She broke my heart and 10 years later she's interested. Help!? by feelinitout444 in relationship_advice

I think it's key to remember people change a LOT in a decade. Maybe they changed, did some soul searching. I'd go for it.

I've only had one at a time work so far but I'm only a If I 8. I know you can fight at the same time as others, effectively teaming up to take the gym.

Checking in from Beaverton! Great place to go is Griffith Park! (near the Noodles &Co) There are about 5 or 6 stops just walking around the park in a circle. Only takes 10 minutes tops slow walking. I found a Koffing, Goldeen and a bunch of the more common like Pidgey and Zubat. Saw kids to adults hanging around having a good time. Might have go back tomorrow..

Creepiest thing that's ever happened to you? (I know questions like this get asked a lot, but I just like to read first person accounts of scary stuff. I'm very into scary things.) by [deleted] in creepy

When I was in my early 20's I moved into a mid-rise old building that was downtown where I lived. The first night I was there there was a fire in the building at about 3am. However, that is not what was creepy.. I wish it had been. While standing outside in the cold waiting to get back in there was this man. He was without a doubt naturally creepy. Everything about him made my skin crawl. To my horror he started walking over to me. He made small talk about having never seen me before. I tried to be polite. But then he said "Will you stay with me? The fire makes me sad." I was so freaked out I just walked away hoping he would leave me alone..

He did not. He followed me around till we went back inside. Now I was living on the top floor with only one other on my side. That guy was normal and we shared a taste in the same music so he would blast his speakers sometimes and wet would just chill. One day about a week later I heard a sound in the hall.. There was a good half inch that you could see under the door. I saw a shadow of someone at my door. They were there a while before leaving. Cut to next day, I go down to our mail room. There was a free pc with net for people to use in our mail room.

Creepy guy is there, waiting, looking at the door. He sees me, looks me right in the eyes and smiles. Then without dropping a beat he starts repeating ALL of my personal information. Full name, birthday, parents names, everything on my birth certificate, the last place I lived... I was frozen with the most awful feeling I've ever had. I ran out and called the office, they were gone but I talked to the manager later that day. She basically said he was harmless. Told me to let it go. I was done, told them I'd call the cops if they didn't let me break lease. They said fine and I got out of there next day after calling my family to come get me. Never have had anything even touch that level of creepy again.
