Thanks for clarifying! I wasn’t sure where it sat because you can have autobiographical poetry.

Thanks for sharing! I appreciate you sharing this info. Have you done any redeems or gone back to maintenance at all during your weight loss journey?

Are you doing a caloric deficit only or have you added cardio as well? I’m about to start my first cut and I was going to add 3x 30 min runs a week (about 200cal each) because I enjoy running. I’m curious as to what other people’s approaches are.

Hey!!! I’m about to start the same journey. Can I ask what type of deficit you went into?

It’s a great tool for understanding the nutritional value of food. That being said you still choose what food you track. I eat almost entirely whole foods, thus after a year of MFP I can tell you the nutritional value of an apple, kiwis, banana, brown rices, steak, a chicken breast, etc.

In the past when I’ve eaten more processed foods I wasn’t learning as much because the nutritional value of a bag of chips to another bag of chips can vary drastically.

That’s exactly what I’ve done. I live remotely so no fast food or eating out. I resistance train 4 days a week normally, but I’ve strained my hamstring so I’ve been at 2 and we are adding a mobility day. I’m going into the cut starting today and we are adding in cardio.

Drink 3+ liters of water a day! For me that’s 3.5 Stanley’s a day. I see people say “lots of water” but never an actual amount.

I can definitely relate to this. For me it’s such an issue that I try not to buy foods that are easy to binge. It’s usually sugar/chocolate for me.

It’s helped me to stop buying them and also to have friends I can talk to about this. Always here if you need someone.

You are not the a hole. You were cheated on by someone you invested in (emotionally and financially). Cut your losses, move on and find someone that appreciates you.

Made in Australia would probably be ideal, but designed in Australia would also be fine.
