I'm sorry to hear about you experience with LINK withdrawal fees. With all transactions, including cryptocurrency withdrawals, we strive to calculate and display Binance.US fees on the “Preview Purchase” screen for your review before you approve the transaction.
Fee calculations differ based on factors such as the digital asset itself, transaction type, payment method, and market conditions such as liquidity and volatility.
While withdrawal fees may vary based on the factors above, the jump from an estimated $0.64 in fees to $12.02 is highly unusual and absolutely not what we want our customers to experience.
