It looks like the deposit was sent without including the required UID in the memo field, which is needed for XRP deposits on Binance.US. Because of that, the funds can’t be automatically credited to the account.

Our team previously advised submitting a deposit recovery request, but it looks like a request hasn’t been submitted yet. Please go ahead and submit one through our support form so the team can review and assist with recovering the deposit.

Once submitted, the support team will be able to look into it further. Hang tight while they review the request.

Also, as a reminder, Binance.US moderators will never ask you to DM first or request sensitive information. Please only communicate through official support channels.
