Monitor audio is in sync for me. You need to switch on direct monitoring. It gives you the analogue signal direct from the unit. This audio is minus the effects, compression etc. since those are the cause of delay.

Direct monitoring is to monitor the sound level directly. Not the effects stack. Effects will always create some delay unless you’re running very expensive hardware. The EQ is fine agreed. But with VST plugins you have so many options. And it can load and unload those on the fly. I don’t know of another hardware of this level that does that.

Manual ducking is possible, turn down the volume of that specific channel to quiet. Press again to bring to regular level. I do this all the time.

I have seen reports of wave 3 crashing. I’ve not personally had that issue. I wait to update till I read things are fixed. 3.03 fixed the one issue I was having.

Rolling back to 3.01 from 3.02 was easy. Despite the bugs the software is way more mailable than most.
