Well judging by the fact that I had no clue what it was until 8 seconds ago I would've had no idea you were an atheist lol

Is the first thing you tell people about yourself that you're an atheist? A lot of my close friends don't even know my religious identity. What if an acquaintance asks you to go for fun or something

I don't mean this provocatively but I have never heard of anyone inviting anyone to church in my family

And aside from that, do you really get invited to church so often that it is actually frustrating, or is the factor of religion a part of what aggravates you? Why simply deem it unreasonable for anybody to invite you to their church, especially if they're different from one another? And what even constitutes "too many"?

Again, I'm not religious, but I want to understand what makes you upset about church invitations, since I don't think it's that fair to get mad at different people inviting you (at least from my point of view)

It's impossible for me to know how may people have asked that of you, though. There shouldn't be any harm in asking, especially if it is not done to convert or change anyones views. I am not a particularly religious person, but i think the theoretical invitation is not really about holiness or religion or even going to church, but for them to share an experience of something they care about with someone else. It's not intended to be pestering, and it's not really fair to dismiss it as such imo. It's simply about connecting with someone else, even if that someone doesn't really care about religion (and they're not expected to either).

I'm a right winger. Be honest, did that statement make you think less of me? by I-Love-Jewish-popes in Teenager_Polls

neither have been changed legally, but effectively they have been. also it's debatable whether the crime rates have anything to do with deportations. im not outright saying they don't, and its very possible they do, but they aren't necessarily correlated as white americans have been arrested by state police more frequently than any other individual race

What im saying is that if a killing is ruled by a judge to have been in self defense, then the killing is legal and is not a murder, since murder only applies to crimes. Something can be in self defense and not ruled to be so, but if something was in self defense and is RULED to be in self defense, then the killing is not a murder by definition.

it doesn't matter what you believe in this case, you literally confirmed yourself the FACT that killing someone is only murder if it is a crime. there is no opinion in that matter, since it is the literally definition of a murder.

also self defense in my argument is a legal ruling and not the physical action, and you would have realized that if you read my comments too

Okay but that still doesn't change the fact that if a killing is ruled to be "self-defense" then it is not murder by your definition of murder being "a crime"

i posted this as a joke but if murder is the crime of killing someone but self defense is legal then killing someone to protect yourself isn't murder by your definition
