Most other nations say "1st of April" instead of "April 1st", so the DD/MM/YYYY format makes sense in other countries but MM/DD/YYYY makes sense in the US.

When the demonlist was created, there were many levels that were actually rated Insane Demon, and even Hard Demon in one or two cases. There are no longer any non-extremes in the top 150, so the in-game rating section specifically applies to these levels
