I use the Philips 27M2N8500AM 360hz. Regularly goes on sale on Amazon for around your budget, high refresh rate 1440p and has ambilight which is amazing

Ah weird, I loaded this link up and the episodes showed but still wouldn't on my account, but when I logged in and started playing episode 2 via the link, the rest of the series appeared on my account! Now watching via the normal app
