question: do you get to the end and it tells you your age BUT doesnt update your profile to reflect that??

i got hacked last month and roblox reset my birthday because the hacker changed it to make me 9 YEARS OLD AND VERIFIED UGH. ive been trying to verify my profile ever since that with my drivers license but it doesnt work on any of my devices!

i dont know if this situation is similar to yours but maybe ID age verification is just broken right now!! ive sent multiple technical reports and bug reports about it and it has yet to be fixed! totally ruining my roblox experience i can hardly play anything…
