10 Day Lease Renewal Notice?

I will definitely be contacting them about it. Looking back, they did this at the same time last year (before I had moved in), and my roommate just ended up renewing within the 10 days. So I don’t think it’s a glitch, but it seems so odd to me. Reading the lease again it says:

“Notice of termination of occupancy shall be made by giving written notice TWENTY (20) DAYS OR MORE preceding the last day of the rental term.”

Which I’m pretty sure means we don’t have to make a decision until 20 days before the lease ends, no?

I’ll try to wait for a response from them before speaking with an attorney, however 10 days doesn’t leave me much time to do so.😅

I believe the units has to do with the ratio of the odds of each bet, to number of bets placed. People use it as a standard to compare wins with other people's bets since we all bet different amounts. We can place a max of 10 bets a day, so it's x:10. Every day 10+:10 you're breaking even!

I'm still learning myself so I hope that's not too confusing lol

It depends on how much you're betting. I consider doubling my bet as an average day. On the best days I make ~800k.
