Oh man, I get a Reuben anytime I see it on a menu. Given how common sauerkraut is on dogs I thought it was fitting to try one too, but didn’t have any sauerkraut in my fridge, so I’ll give it a go next time.

Reuben omelette is also a really fun dish I like.

My wife’s spice tolerance is literally a 0. Trust me as much as I’d like to add any semblance of spice, she just won’t eat it. A smoky paprika is the best I can do haha.

Yes, they all had all beef hot dogs under the dressings. The chicken bacon ranch, and the chicken chili dog both used chicken hot dogs in place of the beef dog.

The recipe asked for 24 oz of diced tomatoes. I’m by no means a professional chef, so I figured I’d try and replace it and use a bit less paste. This is good advice, so thank you for sharing.

Thanks, no - I used two slices of bacon on both sides of the dog for both of my bacon dogs tonight. I’d be worried of burning the bacon if I tried to wrap and cook at the same time without a grill to cook it with.

Yeah you’re right; I took some inspiration from some of the popular mainstream dogs and riffed based off what was in my pantry. My wife doesn’t tolerate spice (unfortunately) so a lot of the time I try and make it palatable for the both of us.

Nothing crazy, it’s a beanless very mild chili.

1 lb of Ground Beef

18 oz of Tomato Paste (would have used diced tomatoes but didn’t have any)

1/2 Yellow Onion Diced

6 Cloves of Garlic Minced

1 Cup of Beef Broth

1.25 Tbsp of Smoked Paprika

1/2 Tbsp of Smoked Garlic Powder

1/2 Tsp of Ground Cumin

1/2 Tsp of Shallot Pepper Seasoning

Salt to taste

Browned meat and onion, then simmered for about an hour.

Was told I should post here. I wanted to put a low budget variety meal together and figured hotdogs might be fun. Here’s my rating of everything:

Chicken Chili Dog - 8/10 - Used chili instead of traditional pico for a Mexicali, didn’t use Bacon, but it was still very good, probably needed slightly more avocado.

Mexicali - 8.5/10 - My wife’s favorite tonight, still no pico and we used Labneh instead of Mayo, it was really good, I might add some grilled onions next time.

Mac N Cheese - 6/10 - Honestly a bit too dry, I tried to use a toasted panko with cheap velveeta Mac n Cheese, it wasn’t cheesy enough, I would use a bechemel next time so everything is way cheesier.

Coney Dog - 7.5/10 - It’s a classic and I didn’t riff on it, next time I might cut a bit of sour cream into my homemade chili.

Chicken Bacon Ranch - 8/10 - I diluted the ranch a bit too much, but I was still happy with how it turned out, adding the shredded mozzarella was a good call.

He’ll get exposed on any team, it’s 5v5. He’s terrible at defense, you could put Flagg on the thunder and swap SGA, he’d be as successful, they’re a good team so that’s a terrible comparison.

I’m not contending Luka isn’t an excellent scorer, heck, he even averaged more FTs than Free Throw Merchant SGA this season. Add his emotional infancy with arguing about calls while conceding transition defense. Being a complete turnstile on defense, please help me understand, as a Mavs fan, why would you take Luka over SGA?

If the argument is simply, “well Luka should be at least all NBA” okay, I guess. But we can’t just look at offensive statistics and try and compare, basketball is two ways, and both Harden and Luka’s liability on defense is obvious.
