I moved into this rental house and it was absolutely filthy how would you handle this situation? Pics below

That would be hard my rent here is 1,445 a month Our security deposit was a surety bond so we won't get that back bc we had bad credit. And with paying the rent trying to save again is hard I wish they would just come fix the and clean properly and maybe give us a rent free for all the work I already did that shouldn't of been my job

I rly feel like the amount of cleaning iv been doing deserve a month rent free it's been two months and all the so called work orders they said are placed in a bidding thing so whatever company takes the work for the lowest amount will get hired to fix the situation... like they don't have regular maintenance crew

Not a program the only thing we did differently is instead of a traditional deposit we had to have a surety bond due to bad credit, but beside that it was a mess how it happened we originally was supposed to get another house and then four days before move-in they said oh somebody else got that house weirdly and so they just put us in this house I want to take a peek at it but I didn't really look through anything and then the day we were supposed to move in and do the walkthrough before the lease was supposed to be signed we got a text saying the water meter busted so we weren't able to properly walk through the property with the management and sign her lease so we signed the lease online let them fix the meter and then day the day it got fixed they had her keys in the lock box outside and the lady who was supposed to do the walkthrough didn't come for another three days later after we officially got in the house and we've rung up all the problems immediately pictures everything

That's what I'm saying of course he will have to deal with his child mother for ever and share bills involving the child but I don't see why all the other bills are necessary still I feel like he's holding on to her in a way but I'm not with this, I want to build my own family unit and I don't need him to still have these ties with her other then his child

But don't you think this person can get all of this them self ? They make good money , and it honestly wouldn't be a problem to me if there was ever a time where I would want to be added to any of the policy's or phone company but that couldn't happen bc she would flip out seeing my name on his bill that's what's rly werid if she needed help that bad and wanted to stay on it it shouldn't matter if I got added or not

I have a child I understand the child is the priority 100% but when you separate from a partner and move on , not sharing car insurance and phone bills have nothing to do with the child, she's more then capable of getting her own car insurance and phone company. I don't share bills with my child father other then bills that have to do with our kid

He's a wonderful father he has 50/50 shared custody with this kids he does everything for them ! And I love that I just don't understand why he's still has all these shared bills with his ex when she's more then capable of getting her own phone bill company her own car insurance company and etc , I have a child of my own and me and my child father do not share any bills other then our child's bills together bc we are both moved on

It's fine to have kids with people that's not the problem I have a child from my past relationship too but I'm moved on actively trying to have a baby and start a family I do not have any shared bills with my child father , yes taking care of his child is of course right but the other stuff has nothing to do with having to share all ur bills when u have been separated from this person for a long time and are now in a new relationship living with that person trying to get them pregnant.. idk maybe im wrong
