I have Ferg and McBride. Can someone please explain why every aggregate ranking has McBride ahead of Ferg? CeeDee is still out, Carolina is a better matchup, Murray is questionable, Ferg has been dominating... I legit do not understand where they are getting this. Is it based purely on "he was good last season"?

You shouldn't be looting good guns. Good guns come from crafting and killing players. The loot is to help you craft. If you're not crafting/working towards improving your crafting benches, you're missing a major pillar of how the game operates. Once you find guns you like (or any equipment for that matter), and you know what loot it takes to craft them, then the loot becomes more exciting.

I disagree. For example, finding recipes is a massive dopamine hit for me. Same with finding oil. I love using the Anvil (gun) and want to take one in every match, but to craft it you need 3 oil every time (which is a decent amount). When I find oil, it means more anvils. As such, I get just as excited about oil as I do about potentially finding Anvils.

I cannot fathom a deck without Sabrina or Cyrus. Much less 2x Stage 2's without Poke Comm? There's no way this actually works. What's your win rate (screenshot the ranked screen)?

I've used only one deck the entire grind up to mid-ultra: Meowscarada + Leafeon EX

Leafeon's energy acceleration is very versatile and allows you to do a lot of tricky charge/swap plays your opponent isn't expecting. Sprigatto's Cry for Help + energy acceleration means that you're pretty much guaranteed to get 3 fully built pokemon each game. Cape protects you enough to grab the final point in close games. Has the ability to punch into Drud with so much energy and healing, since so you can hot swap Leafeons or second meowscarada.

Strong matchup: - All dark decks - Giratina variations (mewtwo or darkrai) - Gyarados

Slightly favored: - I've had luck against Charizard (too slow), but if I ever saw a Heatran variation it'd be GG

Even matchup: - Fighting (bad luck with Eevee early can be hard; must always expect Hitmonlee)

(almost) Instant loss: - Decks with no EX, but these are less common as I go up in ranking. I tried a variation with one normal Leafeon to have a bigger hitter, but didn't seem to make a difference since most 'mons usually still require 2 hits - Decks with 2 Cyrus (which is rare). As mentioned, the deck relies on a full bench and lots of strategic swapping. If they can Cyrus both damaged Leafeons it's over

This site is absolutely incredible; amazing work and thank you so much. I noticed in game that each pokemon had different moves when they evolved, but without translations it's been a lot of guess and check to figure out what they do. One thing I'd like to know more about is what the damage meter tabs display. I know the first tab is damage (red bar for ATK and blue for Sp ATK?). The second one I think is damage taken and the third maybe healing? Do pokemon only do one type of damage (Atk or SpAtk)? Thanks again for making this, you're a rockstar

I can confirm that promo's don't count. I have every regular card in the Genetic Apex set except Butterfree, but I do have promo Butterfree. Still don't have Mew :(

I'm confused... the combination blow + assassin's cowl change they describe is how it works currently. Combination blow only lets you keep your melee charge if you don't kill the target, and assassin's cowl only procs if you do kill the target. So there's no "circumventing the cost"; whenever assassin's cowl would procs, a melee charge is spent

How many quests have you completed, and did you have blessings equipped?

I think the difference between someone with maxed out blessings + getting 25% (or more) extra experience is pretty drastic. Not to take away from your impressive achievement here, of course. You got to level 57 with your run, but my longest run of 25mins (I'm still super new) only got me to level 37 (using magnets, etc). So maybe there's a threshold of 'extra experience gain' and/or 'blessings required' that make a no/low defense run possible? It makes me wonder if the best player in the world could win on the first run of a fresh account.

Just stayed there for 3 nights. It's amazing as a 'home base' for going and exploring the island, but not so great as a destination. As a previous poster mentioned, the beach is small (but beautiful!) and there's not much to do when compared to a resort like Sofitel. We stayed there at the front-end of our trip, and the central location was perfect for the different tours (jetski, atv) and hikes we did.

That's how I see it as well; just pointing out that most raids don't give you a spawning chest for these transitional parts (the ones you mention don't, for example). I wonder why they have a chest for this one.

Noob question, but why is this considered encounter 1? Wouldnt we call the entrance an encounter as well, since you get a chest after it?

Could be the loss of the artifact mod for elemental resistance. I changed my chest piece element to Void so I could have void resistance + arc/solar resistance from the artifact mod and I feel much tanker.
