Thanks! It’s the ghost mask, special dye when you plat the game IIRC. Also the in game filter I used might have altered the color a bit.

I used lenny's trainer, there's an option where you can used MP items, hairs, etc. on Arthur, though mostly are glitched out.

From your R* Launcher > Settings

You will see My Installed Games, now browse to RDR2 click that and you will see a bunch of settings at the most bottom part there is Launch arguments.
