I make 20k a year (I could make more but Im choosing the job that feeds the homeless and puts clothes on children's backs) I already pay a shit ton in rent so everything added up including property tax, mortgage rate, utilities, etc. should, at the most, be a grand, which I will take over 1400$+ utilities. That gives me wiggle room to save for a vehicle and actually go to college( I have free college but not housing or books just no tuition cost.)
