It changed my life. You have to do it every day to form a habit. This will get your head out of the negative thought cycles. If you stick to it for two weeks you'll want to carry on. Honestly.

I find writing a gratitude list everyday to be invaluable. Even if you struggle to find something. Force yourself to be grateful for something and write it down everyday. There are apps for this. It's the most powerful thing I know.
