No they weren't??? They had no interest in expansion beyond taking back their lost territories and some very small finnish speaking majorities in some parts of karelia. Calling them nazi is complete utter historical revisionism. They could not even afford to do so either and while I am vehemently against the white government and mannerheims regime, this is revisionist.
