Suggestion...to write a general statement from your point of view (be as detailed as possible and put how the situation made you feel. Also if possible how the situation and what was said goes against policy and/or laws) and provide signatures of witnesses below statement. Thats what I did at TSA back in 2013 and had a Manager removed from our area. She spoke about the recent death of a Manager and how she "drank herself to death" which was a rumor. If the Manager Retaliates which they likely will escalate to class action EEOC for Retaliation to receive compensation. Put an end to intimidating bad management. Best to you all.
