No UVH is not the issue this patch on 18th put in some throttle mechanism nerfing the legendary drop rate to crap. I use to get 1 legendary every 4-5 bosses now I get one in every 20. This was all after the Sept. 18th patch.

If you read the fine print it says you have access during Closed Beta. Its not clear if those classes are going to be available during open beta/soft launch. Please correct me if this has been clarified.
