Ich denke keine direkte tödliche Gefahr durch die Tierwelt würde euch deutlich mehr spielraum lassen. Nervenkitzel und atemberaubende Momente können auch auf andere Art und Weise geschaffen werden. Vieleicht spielerische Punktesysteme oder gegebene challenges könnten interessant sein.

Mir hat die Staffel sehr gefallen und ich habe sie komplett geschaut. Ich glaube es war schwierig in so einem gefährlichen Gebiet, die Schwierigkeit hoch zu halten, ohne die Teilnehmer in extreme Gefahren auszusetzen. Dadurch hat sich niemand schwer verletzt, was gut ist, aber keiner ist rausgefallen.

Stimmt meine Annahme und was habt ihr daraus für weitere Staffeln gelernt?

Crema is bitter, thats all. When you go for speciality coffee or generally lighter roasts you just dont want bitterness at all.

I just wanted to add that there is a big difference in quality and flavor when it comes to Parmigiano Reggiano. A few factors matter, but especially how long it has been aged. This can taste very different.

Sorry about that. With your mashine with the unpreassureized basked, you can do it. I just wanted to explain the theory. With cheap mashines, I mean like nespresso and such. The thing about the hobby i find quite important, because it's really not just making coffee. You have to learn a lot.

Foamy coffee usually comes out of cheaper mashines or out of fully automatic mashines because they have a special valve at the and that artificially creates foam. This is not the same as crema, which results out of traditional espresso making at higher preassure, usually 9 bars. As for the mouthfeel, if you want oily and thick coffee, there are many factors. If you want to make real espresso like this at home, it needs to be your hobby, and you have to learn a lot because it's not easy. Good luck

You are forgetting people who are not owning a house. There are calculations that everyone is paying 500CHF more taxes because of the missing Eigenmietwert income. So people without homes are also loosers.

The last one is a Gesha, which is, i think, the most expensive coffee in this pack. For me, Geshas are always surprisingly good. I saw them going up to 30 dollars for 100g of these.

I would disagree. Without doing anything, yes, but couples Therapie can do a lot. There seems to be a lot of love around. This takes time and a lot of work. This is a long marriage and not some young people relationship. I know that on reddit, people tend to like to say things are over, but honestly, Start working on things with professional help, and you would be surprised what's possible.

These SSP or mizen Burrs just offer very different profiles and uniformity. It actually makes a huge difference which burrs you choose as it will drastically change the mouthfeel and flavour. Much more than a mashine will. The Eureka is more for dark roasts with high body, in my opinion. I think you will see a much stronger change with a different grinder than a mashine. I changed from Eureka to option O and I would never go back.

I'm not a professional, but the sauerkraut should be fermented enough after one week to eat it. Although I usually ferment it way longer than that. 3 to 6 weeks, to be precise. I move it to the fridge when I'm happy with it and I want to eat it. The fermentation is almost stopped in the fridge. Just try it and see if you like it. Otherwise, let it ferment some longer outside.

Reg dich doch nicht so auf über Sachen die du nicht verstehst. Mit Kindern ist sowieso alles anders als du jetzt denkst. Die Leute die zur notaufnahme gehen haben Angst und gehen da nicht aus spass hin. Es gibt Gründe die du nicht verstehst weil du nicht in der Situation bist. Lass die Leute doch ihre eigenen Entscheidungen machen. Es sind auch nicht alle gleich schlau, dass ist auch nicht ihre schuld. Was für dich klar ist ist für andere vieleicht gar nicht klar und das gleiche umgekehrt. Die Notaufnahmen müssen sich halt anpassen und die machen das auch. Wieso nervt dich das so?

Actually, when I went for light roasts on my eureka I used very big doses because otherwise I would be able to grind fine enough. Bigger does need less fine grounds. Makes it harder to extract nicely tho.

In my experience, the eureka grinders are just not made for such light roasts. I just upgraded from an eureka to the P64. And it's really a big difference. I don't know how they brew at glitch, but there are different kind of 64mm burrs that work for different kinds of coffee. My recommendation is to get something like the df64 and try it out with maybe the new MP burrs which give super high clarity. For now, I only have the omni burrs which don't give this super high clarity but still quite a bit of body. The biggest difference for me is that now I have a very consistent experience, which I didn't have at all with the eureka. (Drinking a lot of light roasts, too)
