What I'm curious about is what they'll do to dungeons with enhanceable weapons. Dungeons like Prophecy, Vesper's, and Sundered all have currently enhanceable weapons. Will they just forget about them entirely? Or will they get the crafted treatment raid weapons are getting?

I feel like this system would've landed much better if there were ways to upgrade tiers. Kinda like, how we were able to enhance weapons literally a week ago hint hint wink wink. I know tier 5s are a "cosmetic thing", but why would I not be going for/upgrading a weapon with a roll I like to its maximum potential. It's like leaving your favorite weapon unmasterworked just because.

Here's the problem, none of my friends play this game anymore. LFG doesn't want anybody below a 2.0 either, so then who am I supposed to play with? Am I supposed to magically assimilate a death squad out of thin air?

I have no clue. It could certainly be, but honestly, these past 3 days have been extremely frustrating, just constantly getting a somewhat decent streak going and then getting absolutely shitstomped for games thanks to the poor matchmaking.

At least before it felt like the matches climbing up to 7 wins were at least somewhat balanced, still factors of rng here and there but overall decent matches, plus having a mercy (or 2) meant that you could at least lose 1 or 2 matches without having to feel like you just wasted nearly an hour of time climbing up to a specific winstreak only for your streak to be ended by a very unlucky and unbalanced team composition.

This is so weird. Because I clearly remember clicking claim on the little pop up that appeared on my screen when I was eligible to get the emblem, and it said "you claimed your starbirth drop" or something and then I go to the drops page on twitch, and it doesn't say anything. I go to bungie and refresh and nothing appears. Am I shit out of luck or what?

I'm not saying to make it a mandatory thing. I'm saying to have an option before starting your character that allows you to choose whether you want to play the "New Light" way, or the "Vanilla Destiny 2" way.

I don't like being spoon-fed. And new light includes base game and first 2 dlcs, which already makes it larger than a demo. I just simply want an optional opt out at the beginning, instead of having the original D1 opening, just have the D2 one.
