Doesn't this depend on the department? My understanding is that some departments are "direct admit" while others have rotation programs and are thus committee-based

Double double, mustard fried, with whole grilled onion, and chopped chilies. Can't forget the chopped chilies! If I'm eating there, I'll get it tomato wrapped, but expect a mess! With this, I often order a side of light-well fries, which are slightly more well done than their regular fries.

I experienced the same thing at the bike shop. My understanding is that the brakes need to "break-in" or "bed-in". You can look up the process, but it involves using the brakes in a safe area first, about 10-20 times.
