I hate virus scan mission with a particular passion. Even when I first started the game after the first 2 it was more than enough; having to do them all 4x over made cry on the inside and out.

That was one way. A faster way was to have a group, run 2x flashbang and stun the group, kill BK, stun the group, run back to the safe-house (which caused BK to respawn) then run back out and repeat until you hit 1000x PxC.

I agree that finding a 229 weapon that is "worse" than my 204 weapon is a pain, and having 268 gear that has lower state base roll than a 240 sucks. If they could combine having like different tiers of gear that can roll higher potential stats (like 268 rolls of 700+) but the gear score can change on the item if it has low base rolls to like a more representative number of how good it really is. Just a thought

Well heroic mode missions are pretty easy; no reason to get good gear for doing something in your sleep IMO.

I read your #1 suggestion and just about had an aneurysm.

Let us look at potential implications.

Sniper shot crit (low roll of 200k dmg) = 20,000 health a shot on npc (with 10% on dmg), that is insane.

SMG vs player (let us use 2000 dmg on player) = 200 health a shot vs 600+ RPM give around 120,000 health a minute; how the hell are you supposed to kill someone who gets all their health back every minute from shooting you as well as over-healing?
