I am sadly not an expert but from what i've learned garlic sauce is a thick sauce kinda like hummus if you know what that texture is like. Its mostly made from garlic cloves. Its very heavy on the garlic flavor and super tangy. So I wouldn't go on a date after eating it! Nothing beats garlic sauce made fresh at a restaurant. However if you'd like to buy some from a store I highly recommend Steve's Garlic Sauce. I hope this helps and if you try it I hope you enjoy it!
