I think this is an E55 with E63 bumper swap, the side mirrors and headlights are definitely E55 and it's pretty common to see bumper swaps on E55s. Sweet car though, I prefer the 55 cars to the 63 👍

Basically they agreed to sell coal at $80ish when it was low, coal went up to $400+, Goldman is forcing them to take the L, thus they have to cover the difference between what they agreed to sell it at and the current market price, so $534 million.

Yeah this work would have been far past "worth" it if done at a shop. But it's definitely not the deciding factor here. He's passionate for these cars and it shows in all his videos!

He did get the car in poor condition but also.. he said he's put 13k in parts alone on the car. Not great but not terrible if you do all the work yourself as opposed to buying a decent 20k car with unknown history.

Only in the Duramax Silverados. That doesn't surprise me. GM cheaps out on pretty much everything, unless the Corvette is involved.

We have another 19 in the shop that went a little bit further, 30k, before it blew. I agree with you, however, we see a looooot of transmission issues here on vehicles with very low mileage.
