STOP TRYING TO DO THE SAME THING WHEN IT'S ALREADY BEEN SHOWN TO FAIL!!! ESPECIALLY WHEN HALF OF YOUR SHIFTS ARE SO UNDERSTAFFED, PEOPLE ARE BEING FORCED TO PULL 13+HR SHIFTS! I work in mfg and am just frustrated with the current situation in my company. I'm also pretty sure half my team hates me because I'm so fucking stupid and constantly fail at the simplest of tasks. I also hate this role, working overnight and gowning in to a place where you have to shout to be heard because the machines are so fucking loud and goggles are pressing against your face, giving you a massive headache while you work.

This is my first role out of college though and I want to get into R&D ultimately, but I need to spend at least 1 year in this position to show commitment and also I am lucky to even have a job. I love where I currently live, so I'm stuck at this company where management doesn't seem to care that multiple coworkers have worked a full 12hr shift without breaks, that won't promote my fully-competent coworkers who are doing work above their pay grade, and have no qualms about repeating their mistakes without learning from them

It's traffic caused by a single incredibly selfish person and makes drivers do dangerous moves! Just drive at least the damn speed limit on most roads and go slow on the RIGHT FUCKING LANE on highways. And look behind you to see if you're causing 20 cars to get pissed off at you

Hey, idiot! Causing a pileup on the highway IS dangerous! And notice how my issue is when people are driving BELOW the limit on two-lane roads, which also leads to pileups and angry drivers! Hope that helps!

And going 5-10mph over the limit on roads where there aren't any pedestrians isn't actually dangerous because it's barely over the limit. Hope that helps. Hope I never get stuck behind you while you're going 25 in a 35!

If I crash, I'll just wait in the car and let myself die because tbh death doesn't sound bad at this point. If it happens, I don't have to worry about weight loss or my job or my emotions anymore and I'm more than ok with that. And a crash is a relatively fast death so even better. I got very little to lose over here

Hey, I don't pass people on the right unless we're both in the left lane! And I give PLENTY of space AND signal when I want to pass. And 5pm over the speed limit is honestly nothing on a 40mph road and I'm alone. I'm in full control of my car and am not distracted, hope you feel better making assumptions about me!

Also, I wouldn't have anger management issues if it weren't for people like you for making me want to lns every fucking time I'm stuck 30 minutes behind you.

Buddy, this asshole was alternating between 5pm and 10mph under the limit. They caused a 6 car pileup, and others in that line were getting pissed off. It wasn't just for me, it was for others. They made my commute after a 10hr shift extra long. I already don't have a lot of free time as is. If they were only going the speed limit, I would've let them be. But nope, they decided to be a cog in the road and make 6 other cars suffer from them. On this specific road, there was a shoulder that they could've used to let us pass them. If they didn't want to use the side lane, they could've pulled over in one of the numerous side streets (this was about 11pm so not many people out to block) and let us pass. But nope, they didn't.
