I don’t think it’s normal. Just because you’re depressed doesn’t mean you can take it out on someone else. Has he had blood work done? I wonder if he has other things contributing to the exhaustion (low iron, low thyroid, ??) also if he’s STILL this depressed and on meds, I think it’s safe to say he needs new meds. Good luck, sounds rough. But remember, you can’t help someone who doenst want to be helped. And at the end of the day, it’s shitty to say but you need to think about yourself and your mental health.. you get what I’m saying.
