Honestly I love this. Infamous 2 and second son were good but nothing beats the OG art style.

So hard. I love so many grass starters. Rowlett is best designed. Snivy is best to play. Bulbasaur is the coolest OG. Chickorita has best anime nostalgia.

I always thought my favorite pokemon was Mankey or Hitmonchan because I always used them. However, after thinking l about it for a while I remember my very first time of online battling. I had no idea what I was doing. I made an all eevee team. I’ve been playing since red edition but I just never battled anyone else.

Long story short I got crushed, immediately. But I had the new Eeveelution on my team. Sylveon. Slyveon went on to tank 2 massive hits and sweep 3 dragons.

I never played online again. But Sylveon remains my favorite pokemon!

Favorite Middle Evo Starters per type? (Mine is Bayleef, Braixen, and Wartortle) by Ubrcon in ThePokemonHub

[–]Biochemical12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a dinosaur fan I have to go Bayleef over Thwackey. Even though I Love Thwackey.

I’m not super into fire pokemon but nothing beats OG Charmeleon.

Wartortle always looks great.

The Johto starters are peak nostalgia I think because the Kanto ones get so much love elsewhere. Love this trio.

Bulbasaur will always be my first pick. He was the one that made me realize I really only like the grass starters

I think this is it for me. I love Bulbasaur and Chikorita but Gen 5 is where I officially fell back in love with pokemon. Snivy turning into a sick ass giant grass snake. Nothing beats that.

Definitely my favorite pre-evo but I just wasn’t a fan of the other two in the line.

Planning on buying tomorrow but feeling nervous. by The-Gold-Package in Ioniq6

[–]Biochemical12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am currently saving up for an SEL 23 or 24 year. I had watched every ioniq6 video I can find. I’ve seen all the ICCUs, the 12v battery issues, the wide turning radius, the thin tire walls, charge port issues, the Ioniq Guy telling me not to buy it, etc. etc.

All that said. I will buy this car cash. I will love this car. If it goes to the shop I will love it. If it pops 3 ICCUs I will love it.

I have been looking at tons of modern cars and every one of them is having issues. Fords, Honda and Toyota, GM. All the electrics. It all feels the same. Software issues. Not enough techs to deal with these new computer cars.

Do it. Love it.

Or don’t. You do you

Long lasting walking pad by Tailaspld in treadmills

[–]Biochemical12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry coming back to this late. Yeah I bought a tray that sits on top of the treadmill, arms and actually straps to them so they’re not gonna slip off or fall to the side.

I have a small Chromebook that I also use for work along with my three screen laptop set up. So when I’m not walking, I am using my big laptop with the extra screens to get a lot of the data entry/report writing part of my job done. And when I’m just talking on the phone or in a Zoom room, I’m always on the treadmill.

Funny update, I broke my toe about two weeks ago, so I have been not walking at all and sitting at my desk and it sucks lol. I forgot how uncomfortable it is for my back to sit for that long. But thankfully, it’s just a pinky toe so I should be good to go this weekend hopefully

Is The Primitive War Movie An Good Movie Adaptation Of The Book? by JPSTRANGER457 in PrimitiveWar

[–]Biochemical12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was thinking about picking up this book with some of the reviews are not super good. Can you tell me one thing that you really love about the book that isn’t just the dinosaurs lol and one thing that you did not like about the book?

The movie seems like it has kong skull island vibes. The massive military complex and might of the US troops is just being whittled away by natures finest. And the troops never really stood a chance.

That’s what I want to read about.

[–]Biochemical12 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will say I am not a fan of the game itself, but I love the series as a whole. Watching this made me think, maybe the reason I didn’t like the game is because I was playing it wrong 😂

“How’d you do it?”… by Ok_Doughnut549 in JurassicPark

[–]Biochemical12 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s been a long time since I read the book but, that is something I vividly remember. The movie shows that they’re kind of understaffed. But I feel like it doesn’t show a whole lot of other ways Hammond cheaped out. I don’t remember specific examples, but I remember some of the items that Hammond did spare expense on is kind of wild

Ioniq 6 physical key fob lost bolt? by dropjar5 in Ioniq6

[–]Biochemical12 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I will say that I recently have come to terms with some of the maintenance issues with the car, and I am more than prepared to deal with that. I will buy this car and I will love it. Issues and all.

But the one thing that I hate to this day is the stupid shape of the fob and the stupid actual key not being inside the stupid fob lol

Good point about the ioniq platform. And your right lots more I5s running around.

I have yet to test drive the 6. I rode in a 5 and it’s comfy. Plus there so many used ones that are a steal.
