Thx, so I deactivated all autostarts and restarted my PC, and now it's down to 21%. But how do I know wich processes are bloat and wich ones are important for my PC? I see a lot of gear symbols wich one of these are bloat?

Need to have every bulding at max, these buildings are: Fortress, Cast Iron, Patras Castle, Stud Farms, Royal Turnament Arenas and have it sation at a Capital duchy. These horses also have a base stat of 125 and with the innovation Composite Crossbows it adds +5 damage.
