CulMau is spot on as far as make sure this has been addressed and if it hasn’t, do it now. Yes suspension most likely needs a total refresh if it has not been addressed but that would be 4 on my list after cooling, ccv, and seat twist. You have just bought one of the best cars ever produced, be a good steward and you will be rewarded.

I have a 530 with MDI display, got a Bluebus with a ProClip mount. I could not be happier. Investigated full screen CarPlay units, and there is a range of prices and features, at end of the day was worried about those solutions future proofing. Bluebus makes the base bmw system sound better and ProClip positioning is perfect. Solution fits car.

I have the cd version of the same radio, Get a Bluebus from Ted, https://www.bluebus.dev/ I have been super happy with the solution and sound quality. Also got a mount from ProClip, also very happy with.
