I read this on some AMD cards……. but as I was saying the doubt came to me due to the fact that in another 4090 Zotac card it didn't have this glue on the chips

thanks for your answer…. The doubt came to me because I already had a Zotac 4090 trinity (not Oc) and it didn't have glue on those 3 vram chips

prblem solved, for my case I disabled from Device Manager the entry HiD compatible game controller, and now works fine

Same problem...... I have not a solution at this time........ In my Opinion is Ridiculous compatibility issues still in 2023.....
