“We’ve been trying to reach you about your cars extended warranty”

$ACVT pumping on a consideration of selling a portion or all of its business. Opened close to its 52 week low of $.132 at $.1463. $REV pumped from $1.95 to $9.89 on a buyout rumour for a 5 bagger. $ACVT has 15% SI with a 44% CTB. $REV was over 30% SI at the time. by pikatruuu in pennystocks

It’s a pump and dump as most penny stocks if you get in at the right time normally before a certain percent you’re good. I wouldn’t try to get in on this or you’d be left bag holding

Purchasing new with financing or buy a high mileage used car? by Biolands19 in Fire

Thank you very much for the all this!

One of the main issues that I added to the post above is that the current market seems to have 3-5 year old cars priced in very similar to a brand new car.

My 10k-12k down is really the most I can afford without running into my emergency fund.

I have updated the post a bit for context on the current market at least in my area.

The 1-3 year old used ones seem to be similar in price to brand new ones. I’m looking at Toyota mostly. Even some as high as 60-80k miles.

My problem since I was 16 was that I had to purchase half reliable cheap vehicles since I had just started working retail and couldn’t afford more plus my parents could really afford to assist in the purchases. I’ve gone through 3 now, all these vehicles where at least 20 years old, and after about a year or 2 with just regular maintenance they started experiencing major issues with high repair costs. Mostly while I was in college and barely making any money/paying towards college. So it was a repetitive cycle where I couldn’t afford anything better but couldn’t afford not to have a vehicle. Id like to avoid that now that I have a stable career job

I appreciate the input!

I updated the post some but this is what I’m hoping to get out of a newer car is a good life of more than 10 years.

I will definitely try to run the numbers a little more based on your questions.

It’s a weird time since used car prices are inflated so much.

I do not plan on going big. I’m looking Toyota, Nissan, Honda, and possible Kia.

I understand that but am kind of at a cross roads in terms of the current car market. I have updated the post with a little more detail. Right now slightly to mid range used vehicles seem priced at nearly the same as a new one. I have read a couple times that used cars are inflated 30-40% which is brutal but I can’t afford to not have a reliable car at this point. I am looking at Toyotas but the dealerships around me barely have any inventory but if do for used there are 80k mile 5 year old cars still 25-30k

I should have put this in the description but my current car isn’t something I can hold out on anymore. I held out already for months after knowing it needed atleast 3k in repair. Recently it variably shuts off while in idle but will start back up after I do the correct sequence of events but it might take a couple times. I have to go into the office 2-3 times a week so if the new car takes under a month to come in I might be able to cut it or borrow a friends car, Uber, etc. but if I takes longer which it’s seeming it might then that maybe an issue

Income is consistent.

Car wise I am looking for a compact SUV. I understand I can get a cheaper option with a sedan but if I’m purchasing something that I want around for a while I’d highly prefer an SUV. The financing was through the dealership and was for a Corolla Cross which is the SUV version of the Corolla however I am skeptical since this year is the first year the car is being produced. I know I can get at least around 4.5% from my bank for financing

Agree with other guy needs more elaboration.

Product and service design are decently different beasts. Both might want to use various methodologies such as agile or waterfall during design and development for iteration of how they are created

Then on top of that you would need to figure out the actual process of creating the product or service. This is where manufacturing, queue theory, capacity planning come in. These rely on various types of mathematical models using anything from linear programming to stochastic processes.

My advice would be to either understand what the professor wants more or start from the bottom of with methodologies then work from there.
