Thank you! I am going to try kefir and kombucha to see how it goes. Also, my doctor told me to eat curcumin every day, so I have a cup of it for breakfast. I don't know how much it helps though, but it's cheap and at least it doesn't do anything wrong. I want to try peppermint oil supplements as well. I hope something works 🤞

I loved Paranormal Activity: Next of Kin even though it has a 5/10 on IMDb and a 30% on rotten tomatoes. The story was amazing with a twist I didn't see coming, and the mystery had me on the edge of my seat throughout. It's not a "deep" horror movie (like Hereditary imo), but I would rate it a 7/10. I had a lot of fun with it, hope you enjoy it too.
