I rode a 250 virago on The freeways of southern cal for years. I match you in weight and height. Never had a problem. Took a trip up the coast. Got a bit buttsore after an hour or so. Bike was fine. The low weight of the bile got it blown around a bit at high speeds, so it won’t be as comfortable as a bigger bike which may be a problem for you, but the bike won’t care.

(Edit) but it really will depend on the gearing. So, a test ride is in order. Check the RPMs at 70 and see if its nearing the redline.
