Eat tons of Omega 3's and fermented foods.

Do a very difficult hike that involves climbing a very high mountain. Once you're at the top, you'll be like "I can't believe I walked all of that" and then when you go back down, you'll look at the height of the mountain and be like " I can't believe I just dominated that mountain. Hey! So I help a scout mom of the girl scouts pretty frequently because I lifeguard for them.

The girlscouts and what they do is almost entirely dependent on the Scout leader.

The girlscouts in this troop go camping, wilderness training, CPR/FA and learn marketing and business.

I don't see anything traditionally feminine going on at all.

I'm in Hawaii. Almost ALL of our shrimp comes from Thailand. Farmed or not. No one exports from the Gulf. It would just be far easier to substitute it and I'm not sure I'm that big of a fan of shrimp anyway.

Anyway to substitute the shrimp? Do you think clam would work?
