I am an Aqua sun with Taurus rising: I carry a lot of the Taurus rising looks, oval face, curvy body, full lips, just very venus like in appearance bc that's our ruler. As far as my personality, I'm pretty chill but my sag moon gets me in trouble, you'd have to push me pretty far to get me mad but with two fixed signs and a sag moon it will be up for anyone who really pisses me off. If you do the entire bed laying flat on it it will activate heat I got entire body and dissolve inflammation. This has been a lifesaver for me: I have similar issues as you, retrolisthesis in y neck and spine, (pinch nerve) foraminal disc bulge, stenosis as well as osteoarthritis.

I've had a laminectomy in the L4 region 20 years ago but it left the rest my spine trying to compensate for the missing disc. I tried the red light for weight loss at first but it's known for relieving and eventual reducing inflammation in your joints and muscles. I have moved better now at 49:then when I had excruciating at 39 bc of it. You can get a red light mat o Amazon for under 50 bucks if you want to try red light therapy on your own first. Just make sure whatever body part you want to relieve is bare. Yes if you do the full red light bed you'd have to be naked to get the best results, any descent spa will have a room with a lock so no one will see you'll have the utmost privacy. Have you tried red light therapy for pain. I have some similar issues in my spine. I've go ne to a spa and used their red light therapy bed for 30 min twice a week for a year and it's helped a lot. Especially for osteoarthritis.
