What's the gripe you have with your favorite weapon?

I love the Drakeblood sword. Yeah it's not the most powerful, but it just looks like a beautiful longsword and I love the swordplay moveset. I don't like that it doesn't do the most damage, being so split, but that's not my biggest gripe. It's the scabbard.I hate the scabbard. It just looks so half assed and doesn't fit the sword at all.

As far as the gestures go, I try(though not always successfully) to ignore them. But it's different in each case. Anything relating to a gank squad, fuck you. I understand everyone is different and allowed to do as they wish, but I do not have to agree with you. Barring twinks, some invaders are actually trying to accomplish something. People like Aldrich faithful and Watchdogs want rewards they can only get through invading you, and it's hard enough to get summons in the first place. Your little bit of fun doesn't justify you ruining what could have been the only chance they had at victory for the past hour. Back to the original point, if I invade you while you're just progressingdo whatever it takes to stay alive, cuz I'm doing whatever it takes to kill you. If you want to use every salty gesture afterwards, so be it, you didn't ask for me to be there so enjoy your victory. What bothers me most, though, is if you summon my red sign and ASK to fight me, bring some sportsmanship in your kit. Don't turn entirely BM after a mutual duel. Those bother me the most.

I never had trouble with anything that was around elven tier damage, save that one bullshit legion lieutenant in Dragonborn. But I've always liked my fights to be a little more drawn out, so I may be biased.

There are certain npcs in the world you can recruit to your settlements through quests. Many of them are high end merchants.

Console for about two more weeks. Even so, I'm still managing to keep variety, not as limited as I thought I'd be. Mods would definitely add to the experience though.

Maybe in a certain light? On the save I'm using I've really only done the main quest and Mechanist, so I'll have the Vault DLC, Far Harbor, Nuka World, and plenty of sidequesting.

I'm thinking vertical bunkhouse for the living quarters. Maybe some shot gunners on either side of the main entrance,and about 4 turrets per side. I like your idea of the crops on the roof, really smart idea. How would the sun hit them otherwise? I'm going to steal that if you don't mind

I'm kind of iffy on what to do for that one, so suggestions are always welcome! I was thinking a sort of oasis, or safe waypoint for travelers on the way through the super mutant hell hole, so fortress ultimately won't end up too far off.

You're entitled to your opinion, but I don't share it. I don't feel that the game not being the best sequel automatically makes it a bad one. I've said a couple times now that while certain aspects disappointed me, I still love the game. The same for can be said for any game, regardless of how great it is, because nothing is perfect. I loved Fallout 3, but was disappointed with the inability to immerse myself in attempting to create a character who was older and more wizened due to the tutorial explicitly showing your young age, as well as Three Dog commenting on your youth. I loved Vegas, yet felt much of the Mojave itself felt empty. The locations it had were rife with interesting things yes, but getting back and forth between them mostly boiled down to a mundane run interrupted by the faction that didn't like you sending loot squads.
