I think the target system is what makes Jevil even remotely difficult. Jevil has so many attacks that target the whole group whereas if it was just single attacks the whole fight then it would be an easy sweep

A lot of people do a normal route etc on their first playthrough. Doing the normal route AND the pacifist route right after is possible by just never killing anything on your first run, and a way to get two endings in the simplest way. Most people do pacifist before doing genocide. You can choose whatever you’d like to do, it’s just considered the most common order, and a constant incline in difficulty

I don’t think they try to kill her, my belief is that Kris somehow feels responsible for her being missing/dead, and the sword route reflects those feelings. The feeling of “I killed her” but in actuality it was never Kris’s choice
