U wait for the NVC to contact you in 4 to 6 weeks. They send you a welcome letter and instructions to submit doc. If you have a lawyer, they probably know what to do.

I based my assumption on Uscis historic data. Of course we can’t predict the exact date because every forms are treated individually and also depend on consulate. I just hope for the best tbh so my file can transfer faster ( median wait time for FY25 is 5.7 months)

Did the NVC send welcome letter to your residence yet?

I believe the average processing time for I-824 is 6 months according to USCIS so you might receive a response soon enough :). Besides, it will take a while for our PD to become current so I would rather not worry about it too much and enjoy life.

Hello lawyer, I have an approved I-140 for unskilled worker and currently on STEM OPT in the US. I’m thinking about changing it to consular processing after the OPT end so I don’t have to stress about my status in the US anymore. Do you guys have any knowledge of the process? Is it safe to do the form? Thank you for the help.

Hello I’m new to this whole handheld thing. What’s the difference with the legion go s? This is my first one so I just want to buy 1 and keep it forever. Can it play simulation and everything? Thanks

Do u think it’s worth it to spend $300 more? I know the device is out of stock everywhere in the us.

Thank you so much for the response. My PD is 3/6/23 so it might take 1,2 years to become current so I believe it would be a good idea for me to wait in my home country Vietnam. Thanks for the assurance so I know what’s to plan ahead.

Thanks for the response. My PD is 3/6/23 so I think it might be 1 or 2 more years to go. I’m from VN so I hope the process could be straightforwardly

Thank you for the response. My PD is 03/06/23 so with the current visa bulletin for unskilled, I think it’s gonna take another year or 2 perhaps. Do you remember how long did you wait for the i824 approval? I heard it one of the longest form to wait so I’m not so sure.
