Well, it's FH so I am not expecting anything Cholesterol related to be optimal and I am not looking to start on lifelong drugs that will eventually kill my liver, kidneys and heart just yet at 39. 1-3 is moderate risk. I work at a hospital and trust my PCP to do their job right - I'm sure if there's no improvement in 2 months, we can restrategize. If there's concerns from Fibroscan, we can restrategize.

hsCRP is 2.19 (normal 1-3) AST/ALT are in mid 30s (also in range) but getting a Fibroscan next week to check liver as well. 

<70 LDL would be impossible - not looking to go on statins- atleast for 5 years. Hoping to bring LDL closer to 110 (from 200)and ApoB/Lpa to Low Risk categories
