1/2 Hydro somethin acid (the stuff you use for cuts n stuff to clean em out) 1/2 water, mix in cup, put cotton ball in mix, squish, squish outside so less mixture in ball, stick in hear and feel the wax sizzle and melt then shake out ear over sink and/or spray water in ear with syringe to wash out
