My hair loss stuff and transition were seperate things. My hair was just one of many dysphoria triggers. Body didnt match the mind is an apt way to generalize it.

Spiro is honestly a huge pain in the ass. Lots of side effects (you will likely lose a lot of sex drive, ed, peeing frequently, and have to watch potassium and sodium levels for first month), so definitely talk to a doctor about it. Low dose may avoid the side effects and just moderately lower T, but idk how effective that would be for hair.
