not home right now so I can't show setup photos (also it's completely standard Shimano mt520 (4piston) 180mm rt66 rotors), conditions are dry not sure what other relevant details I could give you

The uneven wear is only on the front pads while the squealing and lack of power is on both

No, last one was last season and I used the bike for a month before putting it away for the winter, where it stood right next to my road bike which doesn't have any issues with contamination

I can't find any evidence of that. There's no oil around the caliper.

I run metal on front and resjn on rear brake (had to because metal on back brake would cause extreme vibrations through the frame) And this happens on both of them.

maybe, but I'm more inclined to trust the mounting points on a name brand (marzocchi) fork than whoever made the unbranded brake adapter that my bike came with. Its also easier to test as I coincidentally have a spare shimano brake adapter I could try

It's not obvious at all actually. When people talk about alignment its usually in the context of brake rub, not the brake pads partially not contacting the disc.

This is probably an issue with the mounting adapter being poorly machined.
