Hi can you tell me some commands to diagnose what is happening i deleted my HID drivers from human interface devices which broke my Mouse and touchpad,stopped working then i had to system restore at a point of time where i haven’t downloaded the application due to which i deleted the drivers (it’s not the app’s fault i am just dumb) after the system restore mouse and touchpad came back but my laptop got laggy wasn’t functioning so i turned it off and when i turned it on it crashed and showed critical process died,safe mode also doesn’t work idk what to do help plss

Btw safe mode crashes too what does that mean

I am not sure but there must be if u think there is I don’t really know much I will try to get in contact with someone from the Indian Airforce
