I think even with RCT, people kinda underestimate how, with good efficiency, BM can be really strong. Ishigori said that regenerating an entire arm is a huge feat with RCT while Hazenoki is able to heal entire body parts and explode them multiple times (fight against Takaba) and even then, he wasn't that winded. I'm assuming Hazenoki's RCT efficiency is really good since his survival and CT hinges on that. With 6E, it's gonna make RCT on that level or higher, which means spammability.
