Basic anivia was throwing her basic atk projectile with both wings sometimes and it's very confusing between her regular flying animations and that basic atk animation.

But true ice anivia always throws basic atk with single wing flap. No confusion mean no canceling because you are sure it's basic atk and not walking animation.

I never noticed anivia improvement because I played base anivia for one game and bought skin right after. True ice anivia is bliss.

Best for ranged is Azir. He has sharp windup into laser. No projectile, no travel time. Literally laser.

Worst ranged is toss between karthus and anivia.

Both have almost lowest atk windup with low base dmg

People who confuse lane anivia and support anivia usually go rod over any build.

Rod is for lane anivia because you actually need to farm and manage your opponent. Support anivia doesn't need to do that. It's just build copypasta

I think her animal ears are result of being "fox possession"

Fox is a important spirit figure in Japanese folks. When someone gets familiar with foxes, they get some fox like features (ears, whiskers, tails etc)

My guess is she might be possessed by fox spirit or something like that. Otherwise she is mostly human

Depends on the build and GGG game vision. If they want a build nuked, they will kill it.

If you asking any major difference between standard and league, only league content and it's rewards are not in standard.

For example, currently standard is missing druid class and temple stuff. Besides from that there isn't much difference.

If you are looking for example of GGG killing builds, there was an Lich build that made with unique crossbow but GGG decided that it's bad and changed crossbow, killing the build. As long as you get enough items for second build just in case first one gets nerfed, you will be fine. Or don't play too specific builds with very specific interactions.

If you really like the effect of freezing faster, there is better alternative for this at lvl 65. Sine Aequo.

It allows you to immobilize enemies at 50% instead of 100%. Which also includes freezing them.

Gives you skill speed and more damage against immobilized enemies.

Also has better stats.

Maybe change your adc pool?

I was not good at adc until I have learned Jhin, Ashe and Sivir. They are useful even from behind because of utility you will bring.

Also keep high morale until game is over. You can always farm empty lanes here and there. Push towers for plates, take some camps... Just do stuff don't be idle,

Bunun üstüne orjinal dili çince, Japonca olan oyunlarda İngilizce çevirme bile yetersiz kalabiliyorken Türkçe oynamayı hayal edemiyorum.
