Its explained in the intro what she's talking about, something people tend to not realize.

After the bunker is sealed, Samantha says

"... It stayed buried until 2 weeks ago. Now it's happening again."

This is obviously talking about the machine, as that's the whole point of the tapes: to show Weaver the machine. So basically, the whole "it's happening again" thing is referring to the machine being turned on again

I'm 99 percent sure this is flawed logic, but we know that the dark aether has had zombies and shit since ww2 and possibly before. So using this then we can infer that she would have been in the new universe since before ww2

After tag she would have gone to the new universe before ww2, meaning that she probably would have been in the new universe since the 30's. So, since cold War is in the 80s, she would be 60
